Waiters and bartenders perform various additional behind the scene duties. In order to offer a professional and complete service, the number of staff required is unfortunately not negotiable.

  • Minister, flowers, bouquets, additional décor, live music and wedding cake.
  • Gratuities and tips.
  • Water fountain with disposable cups at R450 per 25 litres.
  • Welcome drinks, 1 per guest (non-alcoholic) at R15 per guest (calculated on total number of guests).
  • Coffee and tea on arrival at R15 per guest (calculated on total number of guests).
  • Should any other party supply welcome drinks a corkage of R15 per guest applicable, inclusive of service (calculated on total number of guests). Glassware, container and ice to be supplied by the other party. Bakenhof offers on the day fridge cooling and storage facilities. All welcome drinks to be consumed before the start of the ceremony.
  • Pre reception drinks, 2 per guest (1 alcoholic and 1 non-alcoholic) at R40 per guest.
  • Pre reception coffee and tea service at R15 per guest (calculated on total number of guests).
  • Should any other party supply pre reception drinks a corkage of R25 per guest applicable, inclusive of service (calculated on total number of guests). Glassware, container and ice to be supplied by the other party. Bakenhof offers on the day fridge cooling and storage facilities. All pre reception drinks to be consumed before the start of the reception.
  • Regret no own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks admissible from the start of the reception, except 750 ml bottles of wine, sparkling wine, mcc or champagne at corkage of R40 per bottle.
